OSPF Neighbor relationship Process

OSPF Neighbor relationship Process
How neighbor forms in detail
Charter 19

The difference between a good technician and a excellent technician is that they understand this process

By default the highest ID , the one with the highest IP address

In this case 192.168.1.1, the higuest IP address, that would be the name it use when it introduce to another  routers

Rule #1 : That name must be unique in the whole topology  of OSPF

If you have a router that is not forming  a neighbor relationship ..It may be because it may be duplicating the neighbor

The one with the (*) Mark need to mach, otherwise they may have connectivity failure

The higher the router- ID it becomes the master

When you got Full State , means you generate  the routing table, and the data begins to flow
